The first model is fake. The second one is either fake or heavily tampered with. Avoid them

for some reason, those actually look similar to an OEM gpu from a prebuilt. though i might be wrong. 

 

additionally, you can get some reputable resellers in shopee(im from PH too) but its pretty much luckathon. I got my used RX580 there as well. 

Im with the mentaility of "IF IM NOT SURE IF ITS ENOUGH COOLING, GO OVERKILL"

Bruh, RX 570 is more abundant than RX 580 in the PH used market. The available next-tier GPU to RX 570 is a GTX 1650 Super. smh
