I need help with GPU power connector

Go to solution Solved by Spainz,

thank you everyone. I've been trying to figure out my first build for over a year now. Now the only thing that worries me is getting back an income and saving up for it. LMAO

SO I'ma first time builder. I want the PSU and the GPU to work but not sure if the PSU has the actual connector I need for the GPU. I'll attach the specs pages for both and maybe u can help. I've all ready read them and I have no clue tbh... I presume I can use a converter cord but I don't want to do that, so let me know if as-is the PSU has the correct double 8pin cord...

PCI-E Cable (6+2-pin) x 3 (675mm)

Yes it does. 8-pin is just the 6+2pin combined.

I'm assuming you are asking which plug and cable you should use. it is the ones labled pcie and plug the solid 8pin side into the psu

but I don't think that last part matters that much

In short: the right connectors come with the PSU.

PSU:

PCI-E 8/6-pin x 4

GPU:

POWER CONNECTORS
8-pin x 2

Your PSU has 4 connectors, you need 2 connectors.
