my game seems to be unusually blurry.  I'm at 1080p 100% render scale and medium to high settings, the name badges and textures just look more blurry than they should be

Look in the graphics settings, sometimes the game automatically put you in "Fullscreen borderless" instead of regular "Fullscreen" and be sure you're set to 1920x1080 at 100%.

This game has a CRAP ton of film grain and "film smaa" which I disable, and eve then there are times where distant textures render very grainy.

You need to make sure you're in fullscreen not fullscreen borderless. Then you should be able to put the scale at 100% of whatever resolution you're using.

I also have the same issue. Havent found a fix for it yet.

That game has issues with the settings. It happens every time I start the game. It starts in full screen borderless and the render scale is turned down. For some reason it won’t keep my settings the same no matter what I do.
