Is this power supply good for overclocking a Ryzen 5 1600af

Is the be quiet system power 9 500w will be enough for overclocking my motherboard is 

Asrock b450m pro4-f and GPU is Rx 580 8gb

Yes, the Be Quiet System Power 9 will work. If you feel unsure of it, you can step up to a CX550 or Pure Power 11 500W.

idk if its relevant i have a R3 1200 1.4V 3.8ghz (i know its shit gonna do some tweaking again soon) and an overclocked RX580 with 30% power limit with U9 400W.
