Ryzen 7 2700X Stock Wraith Cooler

I have recently built a budget gaming PC with a R7 2700X, RTX 2060 VENTUS OC, 16GB 3200 LPX(XMP profile enabled), and the NZXT H150 for a case. I use the 2 case fans that come with the case and I use the stock wraith cooler for my CPU. For games, I play the new modern warfare, fortnite, and valorant. I play all 3 of these titles on low settings and my FPS averages are very good and to my liking. My only concern with the build are my CPU temperatures. When playing Warzone with medium settings I get around 120fps. I usually run MSI Afterburner in the background and it tells me that my CPU is getting up to 70C. This is very concerning to me and I'm wondering if there are any possibilities as to why that is. My CPU gets this hot only while playing Warzone so this does not include fortnite or valorant. I have also went into the bios and have ran my CPU fan at max speed and it gets very loud. Is there something wrong with my cooler/CPU, or is this how hot AMD processors get?

70C is perfectly normal, and to be expected with the stock cooler. You should start getting worried when you get to 85C+.

IIRC CPUs are fine up to 95 degrees. 70 degrees is nothing. Also, you need to factor in the ambient temperature when you're figuring out how well your cooler is performing. On top of all of this, you're using a stock cooler. They're just there to get the job done, not be amazing under load.
