Looking for a Wireless Gaming Headset

Strayan_Hades

Hi,

I'm currently looking into buying a new Gaming Headset with a good quaility microphone for University Zoom meetings, Job interviews and casual gaming.

My budget would be about $300 - $350 AUD I'm looking for something that would last a while due to the current circumstances.

So far being looking at the Hyper X and Corsair range but not limited to. I'm upgrading from my Current Astro's A50 from 2013 which have served me well.

The reason I want wireless is because I like to transition between my Office to my Living room to play games and work.

Any help or suggestions would be great.

Cheers.

Turtle Beach Aero Atlas elite, (something like that, lol) HyperX flight is also a great wireless option due to the amazing comfort of their headsets.

I can't say for corsair never used their headsets, IMO hyperX to me better than astro, razer and turtle beach I've used.

Whatever you do, do not get Razer!  Also are you looking for stereo or USB 7.1 ?

I got myself the Corsair Virtuoso SE earlier this year and I would highly recommend it. Its been amazingly comfortable for long gaming sessions, the mic is decent as I've had no complaints from any of my friends since I got it and it has USB-C which tbh its 2020 everything should have that by now. Another fun thing I discovered is that it is capable of two input sources at once - via wireless and wired (with the 3.5 cable, I haven't tried wireless and USB yet). Idk if this was a feature they advertised or not, but I discovered it kind of by accident and it just made me love the headset more.
