That's because you're reading it wrong. It's 4169 Euro, they use the period like a comma instead and vice versa.

Just in case you're serious, the dot is not a decimal point, which you could of course have seen in the prices, as the comma is used as a decimal point.

Germany is actually where most electronics are grown. A German can just grow a Threadripper tree in their yard, or go to the local orchard and get a bushel. They have to be shipped to the US so the tariffs kill the value.
