Where can I buy parts for an HP 24f

VortexPickle

So recently my HP 24f 24-inch IPS display broke. I called HP and assumed my warranty might cover it, it doesnt. They wanted an astronomical amount of $140.00, so I thought it best to try and find a panel to replace in order to fix my broken monitor. There are none?!?! am I just not looking in the right place? Literally cant find one

its 100$ new, panel swaps aren't going to be easy or something your likely to find parts for.

Why is that? I feel like partial artificial limiter on product caps? I mean, are we too distracted by upgrading to a 10k monitor instead of making 2k standard an okay thing? Sucks, cause I bought it less than 6 months ago. Its on a market for $5 and its a better paper weight than anything else at this point. Given that literally noone can rebuild it!!!?!?

Is there? I must have overlooked it. I saw an old forum post on "how to fix broken monitors" but it was from like 2017. Anyways, just curious if anyone can shine some light on this situation. Is there a Chinese market that I'm just not seeing here?

Did you check aliexpress? Try searching for the actual panel part number not the monitor product name.
