Why wouldn't they... if they use a standard connector like the pci-e slot, and there's Windows drivers or driver for your OS of choice, no reason why they wouldn't work.

It's a standardized network card.

What model number?

 

Most intel nics will work on any system, but some need a intel chipset to use. If its a pcie nic on a card it should work fine.
