Pc turns on, but not keyboard, mouse and the hdmi cable.

Gustavo Dutra

I think its probably the motherboard since this very week my gpu didn't turn on once, but anyway i'm not sure.

What do you guys think ?

I might take a while to respond since im on my phone.

Btw my fans are all working, idk if my cpu turns on but the cpu fan does and the gpu is working too.

What are your specs? Did the PC work before? Any beeps or LEDs on the board? Have you tried booting with iGPU (if available) and with only 1 stick of RAM in slot 2?

I have a gtx 1080, ryzen 2700x, 16ram, 250ssd. Yes the pc was working the last night. No leds on the board but on all fans leds are working. Idk what igpu is... And havent tried with 1 stick.

iGPU would refer to the video output inside the CPU, which the 2700X doesn't have. So disregard that.

What motherboard do you have though?

Try booting with a single stick of RAM in the first slot, then try a reseat of the GPU.

But this sounds kind of like a motherboard issue, since your peripherals aren't turning on either.

It's very possible the PSU is doing weird stuff too, but I am not sure on that.
