Both are equally good. I have built a PC with both PSU's (higher wattages versions) and have no complaints about either.

 

The Corsair has a silent fan mode, but the Be Quiet is equally quiet in my opinion (fan spins all the time on the BQ, but it's very quiet).

The Corsair does have a longer warranty at 10 years, vs. 5 years on the Be Quiet.

The cable set is basically the same between the two and you're not missing any cables for the build you mentioned.

 

Both are equally good choices with no wrong option to choose.

Apologies I figured that would probably happen I just keep getting new questions from new answers and the thread becomes old no one replies back so I start a new one and I think now I finally got it narrowed down. Didn't mean to spam.

Your PC won't draw more than 300W max, 550W is enough.

Also, 600w is more than enough wattage to power your system. As @JM21 stated...
