I bought a vg245h 2 years ago and a new one just now, colors are diferent on same settings.

Howitz

The new ones seems less bright, the greys have a yellow-ish tint in them, both are at the same settings/brightness.

my old one uses hdmi-hdmi and the newer is dp-hdmi.

Both runs at 75hz with freesync on.

What is going on? that's kinda annoying...

They probably switched panel manufacturer (e.g. they used Samsung before, now use LG). Not much you can do other than manually trying to match them or getting a screen calibrator.
