YAY! We have finally passed 50,000 members!

What perplexes me is that if the number in the URL (main/user/#####-/USERNAME) is your number when you signed on, why is it over 56000 for the latest user? Why not the 50084 instead? (the total numbers as it shows below on the main page)

Probably the spam members that were deleted, like the kitchen salespeople and drugs.

there were people selliong drugs???

Yup. I think it was prescription drugs without a prescription, but they made at least 30 or 40 posts about it before either being IP blocked or giving up. It really was annoying.

Sweet, growing everyday (:

Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, Mr. Creedy, and ideas are bulletproof.

As I get older I get angrier more cynical, meaner. I feel some warning posts coming. I feel a ban coming. I was warned.

I don't know if i should like it or not.

A growing community is allways positive but it used to be more personal. Also the sheer flood of '1st PC need help' threads pushes the really good threads into the deep darkness of the 2nd 'New Content' page. If the forum keeps growing that fast, it will need some seperation. One can not simply keep up with all the new threads. Of course, you could go in subforums that you're interested in, but i personally don't want to miss out on great threads so i usually use 'View New Content', to view them all.

who cares...
