As you guys see in tittle,i need a VPN to watching youtube on PC,and do you guys have a free VPN download site?if you have,please left for me and  i would really thanks to you.

No good VPN is free, unless you do it yourself

I use windscribe... free tier i think is 10gb of data per month. Tho pay a few dollars a month and you get unlimited data plus more servers

Also a big draw back is your net will lag on VPN.  You want a decent one you have to pay 3.99 a month and you can pay in full and get little discount and what not.

Could use Opera, that has a built in free VPN.

 

I use it once and a while when i need a web vpn.
