My brother had a Latitude D600 he got from our uncle (I got a Presario 2100) and he threw it at my sister. Completely broke the thing. I did use it for parts when I got my parted out D600 at a tag sale.

 

I'm kind of ashamed to say this, but last week I was extremely angry and my netbook was the only thing within reach. I smashed it on the ground 2 or 3 times. Broke the screen, chipped the back of the screen cover and the base, bent the keyboard, and the worst part is that I killed my trusty old 160GB SATA drive. (Spins up but Windows doesn't recognize it.) I completely regret doing that. It's gonna be $30 for a new screen, and I'll need a new HDD too unless I put my 250GB from my external HDD case in my laptop and use the 50GB SSD in it now. (Which I don't want to do.) I bent the keyboard back into shape though.

 

Or I could save up money for a Dell Latitude D430 (Netbook version of D630) since it has a Core 2 Duo instead of an Atom and I still have a brand new battery for one in my closet. (I got it for free like 2 years ago.)

What are some horrible things you can think of that people have done/could do to their PC? Mine: Just imagine someone using the Intel stock cooler in a 900D. LOL.

 

Yeah, I don't know how anyone could use the stock Intel coolers in any build. lol. I mean there are very good Air and AIO Liquid coolers out there, and some of them are cheap, there is no reason to use the stock cooler. Honestly, system builders like HP and Dell, shouldn't even be using the Stock coolers for their regular computer builds, and they use them ALL the time.

Underclocking. Yes I actually saw a few guys that did this just to avoid buying better cooling solutions.

I underclock my 7970 so it's ridiculously quiet.
