Legit sites selling legit Windows 10 keys?

Flying Sausages

Hello.

I don't want to get scammed, and I don't want to go to through pain in the ass to file complaints.

I am looking to buy Windows 10 keys from legit sites.

Anyone knows any?

I don't want to pay for the retail price.

You forgot to mention that you don't want to pay the retail price or you would just buy it from Microsoft.

Funny thing, but have you searched for Windows keys in G2A? They, unlike many other marketplace sites, are legit about Windows keys. They require sellers to provide certificate that proves them to be approved resellers for Microsoft. So last I checked, there weren't any Windows keys on sale.

you actually asked for no scam/legit but not willing to pay the price..

then you get to gamble on the scamminess with the amount you are willing to pay. simple.

otherwise any issues that arise cannot be completely solved due to the legitimacy of the license.

Legit keys cost the retail price that Microsoft sells them at. Any real reseller would not sell them at a loss without a catch.

Exactly this. Genuine Microsoft software will always come with a certificate of authenticity. The only time where you won't get one is from volume licensing, in which case it wouldn't be legal to purchase from the owner of the volume licence agreement.

A lot of the keys that get sold on G2A and other gray market sites are probably from EU sellers where it is not illegal to resell used software licenses even if they are OEM.
