What’s the ultra literally safest untraceable way to be online? They all say use Vpns  lol  but there’s ways of getting past right? If they are good hackers or somthing? 

 

But what hat would be the literal ultra safest? A vpn plus tor or a disposable pc LOL using McDonald’s WiFi LOL

Duo Double Hop VPNs to a free VPN to TOR with a SOCKS5 proxy to a remote PC in a country outside of the 14 eyes using public wifi spoofing the mac address of another device and adjusting the antenna gain to something unconventional for where you are. All while wearing a photo realistic mask and gloves driving a stolen car in a country you haven't been to before. While at home on your normal PC you run scripts to make it seem like you are active for an alibi if need be

Use Tor. Enough to defeat all the spying except the top government agencies who are serious in investing millions of dollars, countless personnel, time, and resources just to hunt you down. You are fine as long as you are not some high profile terrorists or drug dealers.

Untraceable by whom? If you've got spies on your back, you'll first need to find a way to get away from them, Then you can access 'clean' sites fairly securely, but if it's one of their sites, please go with BuckGup's suggestions.

As long as you’re going through an ISP, you’re being tracked. 

 

As long as anyone else is on the same network as you, you're being tracked. (Incase you thought of making your own internet with black jack & hookers.)
