Best 2 Slot Video Card For $500 or Less?

Hello everybody! Need a true 2 slot card, can't stick down any further. Due to a whole bunch of things selling at once, I have about $500 USD to spend.

 

I would like to avoid blower cards, as they get hot and are very loud. Are WindForce cards still any good? I have a GTX 670 Windforce card in my system ATM and it is quieter than my ROG STRIX card ever was.

 

Must be nVidia, since AFAIK AMD cards still don't like resetting when passed through to VM's. (If this is wrong my decision is very easy. Please LMK)

Windforce cards are still pretty decent as far as I know.

This one is actually better and cheaper and if you also do the MIR its like 450.

EVGA Black RTX 2070 is probably the best 2-slot card you'll find for under $500 without MIR.

If you don't mind using MIR you might be able to buy an EVGA XC Gaming, Aorus or ROG Strix card (although iirc some Aorus and Strix cards aren't 2 slot).

I think I will go with the XC Gaming, as it is a true 2 slot card and looks really good to my eyes.
