Literally any kit of 2 sticks rated for 3000mhz will do.

I dont see a reason why, but sure. A 2400mhz kit works fine, i just wouldnt recommend it when 3000mhz kits excist for quite cheap

Are there shipping options for paying to the courier ("nachnahmen or cash on delivery"?)? If so, then you can order the rams, and pay the price to the courier..
