Unable to log in

Maybe some one here can help. Currently I use the microsoft windows operating system on my personal computer. I went for some travels, and have returned. Upon logging in it says Account has been locked. How do you fix this issue?

Can we see a picture of the message, with any personal details blurred?

 

It's unlikely we can recommend more than the instructions it provides on the screen, as advice on bypassing security restrictions is against the forum rules.
