Has anyone tried the new Opera?

Opera has been my 2nd screen browser for years. Faster than Chrome and lets me select where I install it. I don't really care about VPN, but having Whatsapp and FB messenger on sidebar is huge plus.

The new Opera (version 60 - Reborn 3) is just plain awesome. Free VPN and adblocker integrated by default. Fast. Beautiful.

I installed it to test it, and it kind of reminds me of Vivaldi (left bar), great thing. I'm actually going to switch from Chrome.

Anyone else has experienced the new Opera?

I'm trying it right now, and I have to say that I really like it thus far

 

Might actually be an alternative to Chrome and Firefox for me, I've been growing increasingly frustrated with both of them

Can you disable the home button now?? I haven't bothered testing it because of that

 

Also Opera is now owned by a chinese company couple of Chinese companies so that's something else to look out for

The adblocker and free vpn have been a feature for many years now lol. It's owned by some chinese company now so make sure you have a pihole blocking all the analytical collection. Other than that it's miles better than firefox

Opera has been my 2nd screen browser for years. Faster than Chrome and lets me select where I install it. I don't really care about VPN, but having Whatsapp and FB messenger on sidebar is huge plus.
