I would have thought the bigger ships would have posh sleeping areas.

 

A fellow LN pilot, think of it this way we can go where the people in the massive ships cant! I might try and get another ship later in the development though when I know exactly what I need.

 

I hope it can zip around quick like fighters through asteroid belts. I will get another ship too later after I get a better look.

The Cutlass has two beds in the back, but they're pretty small and uncomfortable looking. My freelancer has 4 beds

I dont think the cutlass is finished yet. it has 3 seats and only 1 of them is useable (last I tried). which is why I was sad, I knew the beds were there I just couldnt use them

You can get the game by pledging for it. The cheapest package that comes with the game is this one, but feel free to look at other availible options if you're willing to spend a little more money. Just be sure it comes with alpha/beta access.

Total Star Citizen noob here, but after hearing so much about it I'm jumping in and will of course be joining the LTT Conglomerate (thinking exploration myself, gotta get my Star Trek on), anything I should know besides what's in post #1?

Nothing that really stands out, I think. If you want information about the game in general, find some videos on YouTube about it and/or watch some episodes of Wingman's Hangar, SC's official weekly news show. Other than that, buy a game package and support CIG as much as you can.

I'm new here, so I don't know if this has been mentioned or if they're planning to use some sort of Clan Tag in the game, but what about everyone naming their ships using some sort of standard prefix (sort of the like USS, HMS, HMCS, RFS).

We could have LSS (Linus Star Ship), like the LSS Enterprise, LSS Normandy, LSS Serenity and so on.

 

Just a thought.

I think it would be cool, and I hope there will be some indicator in the game which shows in which organisation you are.

Maybe something Battlefield uses to indicate groups/clans.
