Some words about 5+ghz:
I can use my i9 9900X at 5.0Ghz/1.275V and 5.1Ghz/1.335V at 24/7!!! 
Also can use 5.2Ghz/1.3V but only for benchemarks (not 24/7 stable)
HT is useless) Its my opinion!
