Help in upgrading my system (for competitive gaming)

Hi

 

I want to upgrade my system to play comptetive at 1080p 144hz...and also to render videos for my YouTube channel.

 

My current config is as below :

I7 6700k

gskill ripjaws v(2x8gb) @3000hz

zotac gtx 970 amp extreme

Gigabyte g5 gaming mobo

Corsair Rm750x psu

dual monitor setup(will buy 144hz monitor soon)

 

please let me know if i upgrade my gpu to rtx 2070 will it bottleneck my processor? 

 

i want to play at 144hz hence i want to know what i need to upgrade..and i also use the pc for video rendering too...your help will be greatly appreciated.

Imho you only need a GPU upgrade.

Thank you man...can you suggest any good 144hz freesync monitor.... cheapest...

 

Also i want to know if rtx 2070 is enough for 144hz competitive gaming ?

Thanks for the reply bro, I have the same cooler i will overclock it and i have a Samsung evo ssd 512gb along with 4tb of hdd
