What is the best GPU power cable configuration?

So I have a modular PSU and I'm attaching the cables to the components at this point. While arranging the cables that came in the bag, I noticed that there are two types of cables that are for connecting my card. I have the option of running either ONE cable that has both the 6 and 6+2 connections, OR running TWO separate cables that each have only the 6+2 connector. Would running the cables separately give me any advantage and take less strain off of one of the rails of the PSU since they would each be their own component? This way, instead of drawing all of the power from just one rail, this second separate rail would provide better stability? Does it not make any difference and I should just stick with the one cable?  Any input would be appreciated. Thanks,

If you have a card with a TDP below 225W, you're fine with a single cable. That should make the cable management easier.

If your have a card with a TDP above 225W, use two separate cables, each using one connector.

If a card has 2 connectors, use them. I forget who (I think it was Jay) but a while back they showed slight improvement from running 2 cables over 1 daisy chain cable. Probably not enough to worry about unless you're overclocking competitively

if you do not need the daisy chain, to physically reach something clear across the case, do not use.  daisy chained connectors.."the connectors" themselves can have issue. (been there done that on multiple types of cable types)

have found the "split" power cables for both motherboard and GPU to be nicer. i have had issue many times were i could not physical "twist", "bend" the stupid large single cable to what i wanted and needed. but the split cables bend and twist easier, the result less strain on motherboard and GPU from them trying to physically hold the cables in place.
