DAC Recommendations | Budget Gamer

Heya! I just want to ask for your suggestions on what DAC should i buy for this sweet pair of cans https://www.massdrop.com/buy/massdrop-x-akg-m220-pro-headphones

 

I've been using them for quite some time, paired with Hyper X Cloud 2 external sound card. I dont have any problems right now with the cans, but i'm thinking that it can push more with the use of external DAC. The problem is, i dont know what should i get for this cans.

 

Please recommend me a budget DAC that i can pair with this cans. I'm here at Philippines so any overseas recommendation might not be available to me.

My first recommendation would be to ditch the HyperX soundcard. They're not of the highest quality, and it almost a certainty that your onboard audio solution will be better. 

 

Also, if we're going to recommend you anything it's good to have an exact budget (or at least an estimated budget).

but compare with onboard audio of AB350m gaming 3 of gigabyte, i find the hyper X sound card is much better than the onboard.

 

for my budget, maybe around 100-150 USD
