my specs

amd rx 580 8gb 

amd ryzen 2600 

16 gb 2400mhz

75 hz monitor 

1.5tb hdd

You can definitely get better PSUs. Why are you trying to OC the GPU? 

 

Just take a look at this list here, anything from Tier A to Tier C is good to buy

Even then, I'd go for the VS450. It's still a great PSU.

They're completely different. The CX non-m is better, but they're both alright.

The non-M has a rifle-bearing fan while the M (modular) has a sleeve-bearing fan (which can reduce lifespan).

That's not true, they both have riffle-bearings.

The CX450 has two variants: one Great Wall and one CWT. They do perform somewhat around the same though the CWT version seems to be a little bit better. So, it depends

Yes, that is true, but neither are used in the CXM. Completely different topography.

 

CX-M is double forward, and (both) CX non-m is LLC resonant.
