Cable keeps coming off mainboard

step40

I am building my first pc but this cable keeps comming off the mainboard.Ive tried 1000 different ways to put it but it comes always off.Any ideas?I put it on Usb 3.0 exactly like in manual.The mainboard is probably already broken.....

Those fuckers stay in when you plug them in

 

If its falling out, you either have it upside down or theres something wrong with a pin allocating

I got it ,i actually was scared to press it harder so i shouldve pressed it harder now its in.But the question is is the motherboard broken from 150 times trying rip

Should look like this when installed correctly, it can take a fair bit of pressure to get it to seat correctly.

Yes exactly but i think i broke my mainboard from so much trying ...

I have perforated holes on the top of my PSU shroud and I use a twist tie through the holes to help keep wires in place near the bottom of the motherboard.

Since you weren't even pushing hard enough to get the connector to go in i doubt you pushed hard enough to damage anything. But there's only one way to now for sure, test it.
