cpu at 100%

I have an i5-6400 and for some reason it shows its always at 70%+ but I look at task manager and I can only see 2/3 of that percent actually being used?
My CPU cant even handle PUBG and I have to exit everything to get a stable fps.

 

In the photo about 20% is missing.

Those percentages might be wrong, task manager isn't so reliable. Pubg is pretty hard on the CPU so your i5 wouldn't be able to do much in that game.

Why in the hell is the Epic launcher taking so much CPU? That's a problem right there. Kill it with fire, ditch Kidsnite.

Even though your CPU is a bit weak, you have waaaaay to much stuff running in the background.  Get rid of that Snipping Tool and lot of other stuff.

 

I never used a Screen shot program before, lot of those programs have spyware and other bloated stuff

He's running any epic game on that launcher (probably fortnite) plus pubg, If I open pubg on my 8600k at 1440p it goes like 40-60 add up those 40% of fortnite and tuduh!,

Need to stop running other crap. Pubg isn’t hard to run just isn’t optimized for multi core. 

 

But from such little info, looks like there’s another issue.
