Overclocking a Xeon X5650

Hi, has anyone had any experience overclocking a xeon from this generation on a p55a-ud3 motherboard? I recently got one and I am having a hard time figuring out how to hit a stable overclock.

Are you sure you have a Xeon? X5650s are LGA 1366 chips, and you have an LGA 1156 board.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

Techyescity has an overclocking guide video for P55/LGA1156, he still likes that platform quite a bit. You'll want to be looking for guides for the X3450 instead of the LGA1366 Westmeres though.
