Which fans for my Corsair H100i

Hi everyone,

Building a new rig (Ryzen 5 2600, ASRock B450M-PRO4, Corsair Crystal 280X) and I ordered a Corsair H100i.  Now I have 2 Noctua NF-P12 redux 1700 fans.  Which would cool better, the Noctuas or the included ML120s?  Plan to OC and want to get as much out of 2600 as I can off the B450 board.

Thanks!

You really don't need any thing else other than the stock cooler to OC the 2600 and if you were looking for silent operation you should have got an actually good cooler like a Dark Rock 4.

AiO's are just for the looks/aesthetics, they don't really perform all that great and are much more prone to fail than good old air coolers... not to mention you're always paying about the double for the same level of performance you could be getting from air coolers.

so I'd just consider returning it while you can... if not nad you wanna use it doesn't matter what fans you'll use the performance will remain the same only the noctuas are supposedly a little bit quieter.

The ML RGB fans included with the H100i Platinum actually really perform well, and are considered our current flagship fans.  The standard setup should be sufficient for cooling your setup even with an overclock.
