Custom Computer Case for Speakeasy Basement Bar

Is there any bare bone cases that are used to build off of for a custom build case? I am renovating my basement into a speakeasy/old school cigar lounge theme with a bar on one end and the other end i am building a oculus rift (hidden). I wanted to make the case blend in with the theme. Any ideas?

I would get a cheap case and cut out and or remove all the outside panels and just keep the motherboard panel. Then build around that.

Yoou could always get something like the Thermaltake Core P3 if you're into modding. It's relatively open frame so you'd have generally more styling options.
