Give us a budget and we can do better.

If you want "good" headphone spsend at least 200$ on a pair. Keep in mind that does not mean they will sound good but at least ur more likely to get a better sounding pair then buying cheaper ones. also if your audio source isnt high quality you will notice that it makes ur audio sound bad even on good headphones.

You can definitely get good headphones without spending $200 in the US. I realize you are in Canada and headphones prices are highly inflated there but you can still get some good ones for under $200.

Sennheiser HD 558's are also great, I prefer open headphones for gaming and with the headsets you listed I'd assume that would be your primary usage...

If you have a headphone amplifier or if you are planning to get one, the Beyerdynamic DT990/DT880/DT770 will be great choices. Sony MDR MA900 & Philips Fidelio X1 are great cans too, and no need to buy an amp.
