Which gpu is better for gaming

Hi, i am just wandering if a 1080 ti or 2080 is better for gaming. Pls recommend which i should get thanks

The 1 that is cheaper since their performance is similar

i guess the 2080 is technically better as it has RTX, but id probably get the one you can find cheaper

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

If you want to buy used to cheap up as much as possible the 1080 Ti

 

If you want a brand new card and don't mind the extra cost, 2080.
