Xfinity?

So I have been experiencing horrible packet loss with xfinity while using an ethernet cord from the router. Ugh and my speed is even decreasing. Gosh somtimes xfinity sucks. And is speedtest cheating its speeds??? Also I pay for 450 down and 10 up

Maybe it since cheating. It would make sense. Maybe try a new Ethernet cable? I would call Xfinity's horrible customer service maybe...

Its CAT 5E so its fine but its just dumb and theres also a cap of 1TB a month

Also make sure you aren't doing anything while doing the test. Also make sure no other devices are using it.

Could be a modem issue or Signal issue if you got packet loss.

That doesn't really mean anything lol.  Connectors can be defective or damaged.

Yeah but you need to verify that you have proper signal. The modem has a specific range the signal has to be at for you to have internet. 

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
