just don't cheap out on cooling one thing thats worth spending a little more on. 

you could risk ebay second hand but make absolute sure the thermal paste/compound is still there/buy some more and apply yourself.

if you are looking for cheap reliable cooling, AIO market isnt the best.

Dark rock 4 is a good, reasonably priced air cooler that will not interrupt ram.

standard Tower coolers do not have issue with ram height.

I was looking through your previous post and you're looking at either a non-K sku i5 or the suggested Ryzen 5 2600.

The i5 is non-overclockable so an aftermarket cooler is a waste of money. 

The wraith cooler on the Ryzen is pretty good so you don't need to replace it. 

 

If you're trying to save a few bucks, skip the aftermarket cooler.

I use that on my Ryzen 7 1700 with no overclock no problem at all for heat.  Havent checked in a year but it was low temps I was happy with.

212 Evo hasn't been best of budget coolers in years. H7 was first to drop it and atm Freezer 33 eSports ONE seems to be best.

Not worth it. Even cheapest AIO will loose to aircoolers of same price range.
