Please reconsider. That case has very poor airflow. The newer edition, P350 is SO MUCH better (not my words, Gamers Nexus tested then both).

As for coolers, with $80 you can get pretty high-end aircoolers. If thats USD. For no or med OC Dark Rock 4, Noctua U14S, H5 Ultimate and likes (140mm single towers) are best.

I was building a budget overkill pc and i choosed everything expect for the cooler and i really need to keep my CPU not very toasty you know ... so i wanted a budget CPU cooler that keeps the CPU at low temps

*note: my maximum budget is 80$ dolloars and i am not planning for overclocking*

Build:

I7 8700k

Gtx 1080 FTW2

Msi Z370M Gaming pro AC

G.SKILL 16 DDR4 2400MHz

CORSAIR RMx Series RM750x

240 Gbit SSD

1 TB HHD

What kind of monitor are you going to run that PC with?

Why get an 8700K if you aren't overclocking?

Why not save some cash with ryzen for the same core/thread count?

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Only buy K skus and Z chipset boards for overclocking. Otherwise the standard 8700 and B360/H370 mobo makes more sense.

As for cooler, decide your choice of case first.

Phanteks Eclipse P300 Tempered Glass PH-EC300PTG

And about the CPU the difference betwern 8700k and 8700 is very few bucks and the 8700k is 6% better performance and i yes i did downgrade to H370 to save more bucks *never knew that there are other kind of motherboards* and yes i did thought about ryzen because of its stock cooler but after i saw some temperature tests i changed my mind *full load reachs up to 90°C*

you used sites like cpu.userbenchmark.com didnt you? That takes overclocked results of 8700k into account, which you do not benefit from. If you leave things at stock and get adequate cooling, 8700k is 0% faster than 8700 because their all core and single core boost clocks are the same. The difference in base clock means nothing, you wont notice that unless you manually turn off Intel turbo boost (and both CPUs will slow down).

Without overclocking, 120mm tower coolers like the Cryorig H7 will do. Any more than that, you're buying the looks, not because you need it.

This is my first build and i dont want it to be hard to put on the parts so i thought about inexpensive water coolers

They keep things cool and not very loud

So how about Corsair Hydro Series, H60 2018 (CW-9060036-WW), 120mm Radiator, Single 120mm PWM Fan, Liquid CPU Cooler?

120mm and 140mm liquid coolers dont outperform air coolers of similar price, but all liquid coolers carry the risk of a leakage. Having a pump also means they are louder.

As for 240mm, avoid Cooler Master's ML240L, it's cheaply made. Corsiar ones are loud, but at least reliability isnt a problem.

I use Noctua NH-D15 coolers for my i7 8700k & i7 8086k.

I don't overclock past the boost clock so Noctua NH-D15s do a good job.
