How much does it cost. It's really not that great.

I didn't even know Radeon R2 graphics existed.

TBH, you're better off with something like:

If that's all you have that's probably the best you could get.

I would STRONGLY advise saving up for something a bit more expensive because the KabyLake Intel Integrated Graphics is probably going to be better than that.

That's way overpriced for $425, you could get an i3 and more ram for the same price.

Ive was looking into a beefier CPU cooler and they used to cost ~100 for a h110i v2 now theyre like 130-140 its stupid...

CPU's and GPU's have both gone up like mad(Not just because of mining).

Well i am as torn on this purchase as i was before. This should be a family computer to use at home and i would maybe take it to school with me.But if the performance is really terrible i will be happier without laptop than if i just wasted money on it. So i want yours collective oppinion, is it worth it ?

i think it would do everything you ask. Any laptop below 2GHz is not going to perform like a desktop, but laptops over 2GHz cost so much more

It should be fine for that use case. I still use my Dell with Core Duo P8400 and Radeon HD 3650 for 1080p Youtube (as long as it's not 1080p60, at least in chrome). I also played Fallout 3 on it (at lower than native resolution, of course). I don't know how the iGPU in that laptop compares to the old 3650, but I'd find it hard to believe it's worse. And on the CPU side, the E2 is apparently much stronger than the P8400.

So, it's really low end, but it's also low power, and if it's cheap... honestly, for web browsing and Half Life 2 you'd be fine with even less.

Go used, something like an old thinkpad with 8gb of ram and a small ssd could be found at that price.
