Answered his review he would not let me end the link or restart my computer I had to force shut down. The guy was being creepy now letting me do what I had to.

Sounds like a scam, especially if he offered to "clean your system from malware". 

Please quote our replys so we get a notification and can reply easily. Never cheap out on a PSU, or I will come to watch the fireworks.

I was on there official site wating on them. I got the guy and he did all this crap and I was like wtf no ? I wanted to end connection it was all threw Microsoft. And he would not let me he kept high lighting the review on his preforming ? he wanted to see that before I could restart. So creepy he was.

Are you absolutely sure it was their official site as microsoft wouldn't contact you for any reason through any means (and using any form of tool to allow access to your computer is a sign of a scammer)

Ya I went to Microsoft.com and it was there site and I went under there support to contact them. No one asked for money.

official Microsoft service won't hold your system hostage, Microsoft service framework has a way for the user to disconnect if it getting uncomfortable.
