No man.

They can only be unlocked to 1.212v but beyond which is what u need for real speed (1.4vs or so) can only be achieved by classified and i think lightnings.

I have this triple checked by ed (occamrazor) from skynet

Check again then. Notice I had mentioned the 780 and not 780 Ti. All 780 and Titan cards can be voltage unlocked to over 1.5V core, they have the same voltage regulator. The 780 Ti and Titan Black have a different, uncracked regulator. Only the Classifieds provide higher than 1.212V core without a hard mod, MSI has not made the 780 Ti Lightning available for retail.

You can flash a custom bios to allow as much voltage as you want on any card that someone bothered to make a bios for.

Here is, by far, the best results you will probably see on this thread :)

CPU: AMD Athlon X4 640 3.0Ghz
GPU: EVGA Geforce 9500GT 1GB DDR3 (Stock, no OC)
Average FPS: 7.9
Score: 331
Setting: Basic (I would run Extreme HD so you can laugh but my card doesnt supports DirectX 11)

CPU: AMD FX 8320 @ 4.3
GPU: PowerColor R9 270X Devil @ 1225/1350 (core up from 1180, memory down from 1400 so the test can pass)
Average FPS: 35.1
Score: 1467

The GPU did fail immediately after the test was run with a black screen, had to reboot and remove the clock, but the test finished. Fan speed was at 60% Temp was 59*C max.

you can run the basic preset rather than custom settings please :)

Even if it says I have only 1x 780Ti, I actually have 2 of them running on 4K.
what are the clock speeds on the gpu's? also i presume you ran 1440p and 4k with everything maxed out, not sure whether its a glitch or if you didn't run 8xAA with 4k?

I was running the basic preset, maybe it says Custom because I switch to full screen. Anyway, here is the one, this time a little bit overclocked:

Wasn't able to get a screenshot of Valley (forgot it was F12) so I exported the HTML file with the results and took that.

When I get Athena up and running, I'll do a run on that.

If you include soldering and hard mod then of course. Very very very few users will go to such extremes where they have to remove caps and solder the pcb.

We're talking bout normal softmod voltage unlocks

Hey Jumper nice work on updating the spreadsheet and keeping this thread going.
Bit demoralising to continue overclocking with all the 290x/titan sli's around now. But hey it's winter now so maybe it's time to see if I can push the 7990 space heater a little further...
