Its making mew fell sick running at 144hz any possible reasoning y?

your eyes are not used to how smooth it is. Keep using it, and your eyes will adjust. I got headaches when I first used my monitor

The human body works that way. It adapts. It's just like a sailor who might get sea sick all the time until a few months later when he won't get sea sick at all.

I got headaches from my 144hz when I got it too. After using it for 3 days it went away

It might also be the additional clarity in games showing the motion blur and other effects more easily. I have become more sensitive to motion blur, depth of field and getting FOV correct at high refresh rates.

When I first started gaming with a 3 monitor EyeFinity setup years ago (2x HD5870), I do recall experiencing nauseousness and dizziness, but just like this 144Hz issue for some, it went away after a brief adjustment period. I guess your eyes and brain have to adjust to the higher refresh rate. I'd recently moved from 60Hz to 75Hz (with Freesync) on an UW 34" monitor and I did experience a little dizziness (dunno if it was due to the new UW format, refresh rate or something else) for a brief period before it went away.
