not at all its 400 - 550

Admittedly, it varies from country to country. Germany has them for about 279 euros and countries like Italy and Poland have them for between 350-400 euros.

'Fanboyism is stupid' - someone on this forum.

Be nice to each other boys and girls. And don't cheap out on a power supply.

@Deli I should add that the small details seem to matter to fanboys at least.

I know with a profile pic llike this:

I'm likely an AMD fanboy, but honestly being a fanboy is very bad for competition. I just have those because I think AMD has a better valued product. I also think the AIB 480s looks better than the AIB 1060s.

I really like the Nitro and Double Dissipation.

I've two PCs waiting to upgrade the graphics cards. One needs to be really fast, like big Pascal or Vega. The other one is a itx build now rocking a 2GB 960. Likely will get a 480 or 1060 to replace it. Haven't quite make up my mind which way to go yet. Well I can wait a couple of months, no hurry.

I really don't think that 30w TDP difference should be a deal breaker for most build.

I don't disagree with the premise that amd cards age better though.

That, there... Very few gamers are willing to buy something with the promise of delivering in the future rather than now...

AMD always seems to rather gamble on the long game...
