Help me build a gaming PC

I would like to build a gaming PC. I've been doing a lot of research on how to build a gaming PC. Let me tell you guys what I am looking for.

I'd prefer a CPU by Intel and would like to use just the stock heatsink. Also I want to use a GTX 970 graphics card. I don't plan to do any high end gaming. I just want to play League of Legends, World of Warcraft, and a few other games at 1080p with 60fps+ at max settings. If anyone knows a better graphics card for around the same price, that'd be great. As for the memory and ram I want to use a 1TB hard drive and 16gb of ram, so if anyone could recommend me on what to get that'd be super helpful. 

 

PS: Price range at $1500 max.

If he's only playing LoL and WoW a GTX 950 and a i3 would do that fine at 1080p
