I need help, is this a good build? And btw i dont want to spend more than 1300$ aand im thinking or red and black build or blue and black yes you can suggest anything :D and btw which ones better gtx 970 or r9 390?

That is actually the shittiest SSD on the market, and it basically has hard drive speeds.  Get a Samsung Evo and has far as the GPU I suggest an R9 390x It is MUCH MUCH better than the 970, at an extremely similar price point

While Corsair cases are nice...this one is less desirable to be honest :P PLEASE get the NZXT S340 it is the sexiest all steel budget case ALIVE!  It is the same price as the Graphite and it is just a piece of fucking art.

This will yield you a much more enjoyable PC. In terms of performance, looks, a reliability. The performance of the CPU Cooler, PSU, SSD, and GPU are all much better. The CPU cooler looks a heck of lot better and as mentioned performs better. For reliability, the CX series do not like high temperatures and are meant for basic PC builds like an office build. The XFX I have got picked out is much better in terms of reliability.

Two things, The first one is more of a preferance but air coolers in the $60-$70 price range can and will compete with 120mm AIOs in that price range. Second of all, that power supply is over priced and I would not recommend it to anyone. You can find a much better power supply for $127, you could find the same if not better power supply for $60-$80. The RMi is by no means a bad supply, it's fairly good but the price tag does not justify anything it has to offer.
