I don't have but I have an homemade shelf who has the capacity of about 2500 books (already read only) and a other homemade shelf who has the capacity of about 700 manga books (Not read yet only). I have already read more than half of the manga books.

 

And my homemade shelf with capacity of 2500 books (with old TV + old consoles), it is a kind of compact. It means, every tier floor has 4 rows of manga books I do it because my house is not big so the compact is the best option

 

And I will have a space free for other futur homemade shelf, the same but with the capacity of over 3000 manga books

 

I already posted the picture of my homemade shelf (capacty 2500 books). I put the picture again for not research it in this topic

@TetraSky And my picture of manga books of week, it was a big purchase. Usually, it's 3~7 manga books every week

Today, I finished reading the last volume (4th vol) of Tetsuwan Adam (this book was in my big purchase).

 

What I say? I love it! It's geat!

 

The story is about an AI robot created by Jesse Maxwell to protect the Earth from the digital aliens (who come from space). Adam, AI robot fights again these digital aliens because Adam is only can to neutralize these digital aliens.

 

It's a classic story that you see it in 1st volume.

 

But it comes better in next volumes because there are explanations for these reasons.

 

And in 3rd volume, it will find out who Adam really is and why Jesse is hiding Adam's true identity from the people of Earth.

 

And the 4th volume, for me, this is the best book I have read. This book resumes all about : origin of digital aliens, politics and problem of government power (I can't say more to avoid the spoilers)

 

The design level is pretty, proper, sober and serious.

 

I highly recommend you to read these books And I would like some governements to read these books, especially the 4th volume (I can't say why, because spoiler)

 

I don't think these books are suitable for kids because it's a bit difficult for them to understand the story.

There are def some changes, but that's creative choices.  The anime has different tile, different ceilings, 'metal cladding' where the wood comes together at the pillars, and there's extra hanging lights.  But a lot of the very specific details are right there, including the strange ceiling fans.

The metal ceiling to wood I bet the animators thought it was more pleasing wood to wood.

For sure.  Since this isn't a 'recreation'.  That mess is not the Vickers/Curtis mess at Borden, it's 'Let's fine a neat piece of real world architecture and base a mess on it.  Find me photos of a military mess that does not look like a high school cafeteria build in the 1960s.  Wow, look at THAT one.  Canadian's got a nice one there!  Ugh too much blue there and needs better tile...'

Good anime 
Too bad it's not "complete", as in, the ending is not really an ending, but a good watch nonetheless. 

 

I recently completed two anime

Vivy: Fluorite Eye's Song and Jujutsu Kaisen.

 

Both are really good, but of the two, I liked Vivy a lot more. A sci fi with lifelike androids, time travel, good music and a crazy AI, what more can you ask for. The ending was quite powerful all while being emotional, too.

they rescue the princess and things happened but it just kinda died there.

You can check out the manga if you want more Gate. It's certainly worth a read.
