I'm not really sure if they removed it just hidden behind some restriction because of copyright issue. 
I mean for years i cannot find Dir En Grey in Spotify yet my friend from Japan can and have no problem streaming their songs. 

 

same goes to The Gazette where only a handful of their songs available for me yet that same friend can get a lot more.
