How to buy a UPS?

I want to buy 3 UPS for our fridge, 2 PCs (one pre built so idk what its PSU watts is, and my PC with  "500 watt" PSU), 1 TV, and a PS4. Idk how to buy a UPS like what should I look for what specs I should take note of. 

 

Please don't recommend a brand as im not in US, unless it is available internationally.

UPSs aren't designed for that kind of load. They're really there just to make sure you have a few minutes to save your work when the power goes out.

For the fridge, those can be picky due to the startup current of some of their motors. Also do you really need a ups, it won't give you much run time normally

 

For the rest of the items, add the total load, add like 50% for good measures, and them pick a model from a good brand. Since wave is better if you can. Some power supplies don't like non sinewave inputs.

ok, ill remove the fridge from the choices.

I wont be using it as a battery bank as i read about what it is purpose yet i still dont understand how pick one

I wont use it as a battery bank for the fridge. our power grid sometimes have a split second power outage so it i think it will damage our fridge.

That probably won't hurt the frige, i wouldn't worry about the fridge. Most devices don't care about losing power, you have a ups so data isn't lost that is in ram.

is that so? becasue we lost a fridge becasue of blackout once. so I though a UPS would fix it but idk if it is viable.

I find it very unlikely that there a issue. Fridged turn their motor/compressor on and off all the time with a relay, so unplugging it does the same thing.

 

There might have been a surge at the same time, or it was just a weird change

What type of printer? Laser printers can use a lot of power, so you don't want one of those on a ups normally.

 

I don't see the point of a printer on a usb though, you not gonna lose anything when the power goes out, just print it a bit laser.

then those should work fine on a ups, but I still don't see a reason to have it on a ups, Id just plug it into the wall directly and leave the battery power for stuff that needs it.

so ill just plug in the monitor and the PC to the UPS and the other UPS are for the PS4 and the TV?
