Do GPU Heatsinks get less shinier with age? Mine is a Zotac 1660s that is 2months old

Non treated aluminium surfaces will oxide after a while.

In addition to what was said above, it could also have a little bit of dust on it making it seem less shiny.

Mine looks shiny like nickel, So it may be treated one

So which one amongs the two is treated or coated aluminium? Also it looks like its heat that causing the heatsink to get kinda hazed up, if I wipe it with a dry Q tip it becomes shiny again.

Also it looks like some sort of substance was applied from factory on the heatsink that was getting hazy and whitish like in the attached picture. I wiped the top half with dry cotton q tip.

I don't know why you are even bothering with this. If you are suffering from OCD please talk to your doctor. Everything you told us so far is normal. That might be glue which is also not out if ordinary. Clean it if you want but there is nothing else we can add to this topic.
