It all depends on the GPU.

Is it stable?

That is the thing, I just ran a stress test, and everything was fine, my memory was at about 28 percent, than all the sudden my computer froze and I saw somehow that my memory jumped from 28 percent to 88. I shut down and turned it back on, and everything worked fine, what was that spike in memory??

What program did you use for that "stress test"? Use Superposition and GPUPI for stability testing, and Furmark for thermals.
