If the router is suplied by the ISP, you might need to call them.
If its your own router plug in the network plug that comes into its WAN port into Pc and see if that has internet. if it has you know its the router, if not its before the router.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

Not all broadband is plug and play, some need login information to connect to your ISP.

Have you read the router documentation?  It should give you at least a quickstart guide.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7
